I would like to also state, I finally did get in contact with the owner of the photographs recently, and he gave me permission to post the painting.

Thank you for your concern. I do know that I can get in a lot of trouble for doing something like that. Sometimes I don't realize that it's a thing that actually happens. I tend to forget that.
