Hi! I have a GREAT T-shirt Idea that I have been mulling around in my head but I need someone to complete the artwork for it. It would help if the person also knew how to do graffitti writing as well since the t-shirt is more a of an inner city style tshirt but definitely will have appeal to everyone else. If anyone is interested please hit me up on my gmail account and feel free to submit samples of your art work.
Please keep in mind when submitting your samples that they become property of the reciepient and that you acknowledge this when you submit your sample. I look forward to your responses.
Heh..almost forgot to post my address: poleon300@gmail.com
How in the **** do you think you own possibly copyrighted work just because someone emails it to you?!?!?!?!?!
Sorry, but that's the one of the most retardedly ****ed up things I've heard in all my years of being in the art world. Requests like this are just BS. Let me guess, that you're not even going to pay them for the work that they do and you profit off of, but give them the incentive of "having your work seen", yay! (In addition to you possibly - and probably! - attempting to rip off any other "example" works of art that they send you.)

"Life is like a wheel, where everyone steals, but when we rise, it's like Strawberry Fields."
When you have three Romulan Warbirds blocking the escape route, Worf has an emotional breakdown about his childhood toy, Riker announces he's gay, Data's positronic brain gets a virus, and Geordi quits because he's had just one too many imminent warp core breach.... Just sit back, breathe, and follow these simple steps:
I was told I should add that when I posted that but I guess it was the wrong advice...anyway, I do intend to pay for the help in getting this thing finally done..I have yet to leave a debt unpaid...parking tickets DON'T count....regardless though, I apologize for my gaffe earlier.
To clarify matters, the person who seems the most capable will get paid for their work. The samples that are being submitted would be of lettering and of no use to me other than as a sample of what the person is capable of. I fully understand that if I were to use anyone's work, they are entitled to get paid for their work. The same applies to artwork. Since this would be a fencing related item I would like to see fencing related art work, however I already have some ideas on what I want plus on where the concept is going so random pictures wouldn't do a thing for me. However a SAMPLE was asked for NOT a completed work. Samples are sent to businesses all the times free of charge and for the recieving business to see if they like it or not...if they like they buy, if not then its off to the circular file cabinet with it.
Actually, samples are rarely bought, they just show you what the artist does/can do. Like if I send you pictures of work I've done from Narnia, Monster House or Spidey 3, you're not going to buy any of those (and you CERTAINLY wouldn't be entitled to ownership). Professionally, when you send samples, it's usually of work you've done for other clients, and very often, those are already owned by whatever other company hired you to do them. You're generally not allowed to sell them to anyone yourself, but you are allowed to use them as self promotion and such.

I have already apologized for my gaffe...its my first time doing this and wasn't sure how to go about getting it done...I had a professional artist start off but he is on another project and I can't get ahold of him for the other stuff that I needed/wanted done....which is why I am reaching out to anyone here willing to help and to offer advice...
By popular demand, I am throwing my hat into the ring. I trust you will find that my masterful use of light and shadow, along with the subtle subtexts and social undertones in this piece will more than qualify me.
