We had an ice storm in Austin this year. If we had an ice storm in Amarillo while we were at a tournament there, do you think that would be strong enough to cause USFA online registration or would it need to have been at the 2005 NAC B? -

-m I'm fairly confident that KDMK5 was referring to certain parts of Texas being Hell-like. Austin being one of those
And for all of those with fond memories of Summer Nationals there, lets just say the city has undergone significant changes since then. Not all for the better.
Amarillo on the other hand, has always been Hell-like! That's it, I'm done with the discussion forums on F.net. It's had its uses, but the ideologues, ranters, and "experts" have drowned too many of the conversations. I'm changing my password to something random and never logging in again. -
Any town you have to leave in order to buy scotch is hell. Austin is not one of them. -

No, but its overcrowding and lack of comprehensive traffic flow plan more than make up for it! That's it, I'm done with the discussion forums on F.net. I think we're all talking about a slightly more automated version. Something involving a web portal of some sort. You know, sorta like this. That's it, I'm done with the discussion forums on F.net. Array I concur, oso...it'd be much easier to have some kind of web form. The information could go right into a database and, even better, no messy stacks of paperwork to weed through!
