Don't think Lesley will be going, she hasn't been training and is probably thinking of retiring. She's a small but strong and aggressive foilist.

There won't be many from nz entering Aussie nationals this year. The only other WF i know going would be Jess, but her main weapon is WE. Are both Jo Hall and Tracey Green entering?

Hey Eastwing, thanks for the headup. I wont be able to really give you a MF report as I dont arrive until late that afternoon, though I am happy to say Qld has enough MF for 2!!! teams, we are sending 10 this year, double last year. As far as I know both Tracey and Jo will be there. Along with all the Usual suspects. I'll post reports on Monday night when I get home.

yeah, he thinks that the training camp in Birssie would be good for me, but its too expensive to get their, and the one in Melbourne wont do much good for me, so he is holding a training camp of his own here b4 aussie U20's (If I can afford to go)

I'm contemplating the Brissy training camp, mainly cause my coach is "supposed" to be going. I just dont know if I can afford $500. The U/20 camp is apparently a lot of fun (never been but heard good stories from friends). So I take it you are going to U/20's?

Umm, I dont actually know if I am going to go to U20's. The Blades I use now just got banned, so I need to buy new ones. Need a new Jackt. Lamé is dying, need new one. Need 300N glove. Need new breeches, old onbes too small..... the list goes on. It will cost me about NZ$2500 to get there in all, so unless I can get funding....ahh no [although I really want to!] Oh yeah, Graham Payne has also gone to Oz Nats.

Looks like i might actually be able to go to Aus U20's. I might be getting a $500 sponsorship from my work, and all the gear i might be able to borrow, all i gotta borrow is a couple of blades & i am sweet for gear!!! yay!!
