Jrs are in Izmir, Turkey this month. Srs are in St. Petersburg (Russia, presumably) in late September, Vets in Sydney, Australia in mid september, according to the FIE schedule.

Juniors is in Belek, on the south coast of Turkey, not in Izmir, which is on the west coast of Turkey.
