Anyone ever worked with a contact at Fencing.net store other than Craig?? I'm trying to get some help making a jacket/knickers order and he seem to return emails or phone calls.

This isn't so much another person, but you could try PMing him, he might respond to that (assuming you haven't tried). Also, he's probably on his way to indiana for the USACFC this weekend, so he may not be answering anything for a few days.
