Fencing Time Update Released

This season, the USFA made changes to the qualification rules regarding Division II and III Summer Nationals. In order to reflect these new changes, an update to Fencing Time v2.0 has been released. This minor update will bring Fencing Time into compliance with the latest USFA qualification rules.

All users of Fencing Time are encouraged to download this free update. If you are running your division or sectional qualifier, it is essential that you install this update. If you do not run qualifier events, then this update is recommended, but not absolutely necessary.

To install the update, visit www.FencingTime.com and log in to the secure customer area of the site. Navigate to the "Downloads" page and click the link to the update file. Save the file to your computer, then run Fencing Time. On the "Tools" menu, select "Install Update File" and then browse to the file that you downloaded. Click "Install" and you're done!

No other changes - it's just a simple patch to the file containing the qualification rules.

The big changes will be in Fencing Time 2.1, which I imagine will be out sometime in the fall.
