Under no circumstances should the fencers dress or undress in public except in the case of an accident duly recognised by the doctor on duty or by the representative of the Medical Commission (cf. t.87.8, t.114, t.116, t.120).
Was there a problem with this that it warranted being added to the rules?

I thought the illegality of strip-fencing was implied by the rest of the rules.

Amusingly enough...some people now know not to approach too close to me when I'm asleep...I've been known to wake up violently, pinning, choking, or twisting the arm whoever was near me. But only if they were coming into my room after I was already asleep.

    It's just wierd.

Hey, I'm sorry. A child that I was babysitting decided to buy this item. Apparently, her mother gets on ebay and buys things for her child. I'd logged in for a different reason and left the computer to answer the phone. Keira decided that it was a good idea to sneak to the computer and sign me up to buy her fairy wings. Please understand and reject this bid. If you re-bid, I will be sure to tell her to get her mother to buy the wings for her. Thanks so much.
Okay, little kids do that kind of stuff.

Here's the problem. I've tried to get Keira's mother to pay for the wings, but she won't. She hasn't been getting good grades and will not be recieving anything until they come up. Apparently Keira doesn't want to be in 4th grade anymore. I can't pay for these wings. I don't know what to do.
4TH GRADE me thinks Keira needs a spanking

    I re-listed it

I bet though, a 4th grader with an enabling parent doesn't know better.
