Super Rabid Monk flies to Lemu'rs house, hot on the heels of the fantastic telly.
He's fast, but not as fast as teleportation, especially when carrying the best seat in the house.

Thus, he arrives 30 seconds after Lemur, and is forced to wait outside watching the horrible dancing from the bushes before seeing his chance to sneak in with the seat, settle down, and anchor himself to the floor.
