Just joking around, I notice she gained few pounds (not a bad thing).
I lost 10 lbs since January.  Just 160 now.

| Eh, I've gained weight... dunno if it's fat or muscle, really. I'm working out but not as much as I should, and I still eat as much as I usually do, so...
I guess I need to just get back in shape again. I realized the other day that my legs are starting to get jiggly. I've never had jiggly legs. Not for a realllllyyyy long time. (Think baby fat.) I'm getting out of shape... they aren't total jello yet, though. Thank god. Still, gotta nip that one in the bud

His breakfast includes 10 eggs. 
If he carries on eating that much when he stops swimming he is going to get fat.
