Dubai is in United Arab Emirates, south of Persian Gulf (south of Iran)... where they built Palm Islands and World Islands. The earthquake hit Southwest China, few thousand miles east (and a bit north) of Dubai.

| It is better than other oversea locations that they are currently working on; China, Thailand, and Russia. There are no new projects for the Gemerany operation at this time. Money... maybe fencing; easier fly to Europe for World Cup and FIE tournaments.

Either that or working on small projects in the States for less money and "glamour"; the choice is clear.
Anyhow, it's all just talk at this point anyway, not thing solid yet.
