| Anybody know where I can get a decent priced oxy-acetylene torch set up?
I need one but they're so damn expensive, and I can't keep bumming them off of other people.
I know a foreman on a phone crew who might be able to sell me some used equipment, but i'm not sure.

You can get some pretty inexpensive regulators, torches etc... these days. If you're not using it all the time, this is the way to go.

I've put a little over 1,100 pounds in it and it's handled it fine, although it was riding on the axle... 
But yeah, I think I'll just save up.
