| We got chicks today. In the mail. 26 of them. All alive.
And they are sooo cute. Y'know chicks in cartoons? Little golden balls of fluff?
These are like that, but more so. So soft.
The second batch of 25ish should be coming soon. And then we get 16 turkeys in a few weeks.

The thing is, they were all really nice boys, just without a clue. I ended up welcoming them to the wonderful world of epee fencing - wrist, arm and the low-line.

Turkey's the world's stupidest domesticated animal. They have to be kept in a covered pen because if it rains they will look up, open thier beaks and drown. It says a lot that we humans have breed any survival instinct out of these animals.

| On another note, if I ever hear a sabreist complaining about the savage manner of epeeists, I would really like to set the up in epee against this saberist.....The laddie has NO idea of control...he kept hitting me with SLASHES and pretty darn near took my virginity with his blade. 0_o
And then he complained that I told him that we were fencing epee, not sabre and that he should try the tip. Sheesh...
Scariest expereince of my life....
