So, I was out for few days and almost everyone is sick (Nein, SH, TBean, Timo, Nicksmom...).

I believe most people's sickness come from the wrong eating habbit.

Specially the ones that back up by doctors, like High-protein-no-Carb., three meals a day, No-fat, 6 small meals a day, or Big breakfast, etc.

I don't blame my back and hips hurting on a poor diet. I blame the concrete floors at the Rosemont Convention Center.
