OSU by far (personal experince from fenced Notre Dame, OSU teams in the past).

I'm an Epeeist, but I don't hate foil.... Sometimes there aren't any other epeeists around, so I'll fence foil. Also, foil fencers are so cute, with their little weapons. Its sabreurs I've got it out for. Nah, not really.

I was in a foil tournament; a yearly torture. I have fenced in this foil tournament every year for the last five years except one (due to a crazy reason), because it is the biggest foil tournament in this area, hosted by my club, and profit goes to charity.

This is the first time that I didn't renew my foil rating at this tournament. Not mad about it, since I don't care about it. I just don't like to force myself to "sell."

I actually understand right-of-way (believe it or not), but the way foil has evolved into, I am having a hard time fence it now; I can't sell.

Especially after years of training to control myself (having a propose behind every action), do small and preprecise actions (feint, parry, attack, etc. Action only gets big in certain conditions.), use fingers (instead of deathgrip and/or wild swinging arm), fence upright, so on and so on...

I got no problem fencing high level folists (by this I mean I know why I lost to them and they acknowledge my touchs). But for mid and low... I had a hard time "selling" my touches. I tried to adjust, but overthinking in selling the touches (stopped in mid-action) and overcompensating (miss target because intented extra-wild actions) just don't work.

Fencing with borrowed equipments is not helpping either.
