Hi, coaches! If this is permissible, I wanted to seek your input to

How Much Warm-Up in Fencing Class?

a thread I started on Warming Up for lessons. Part of my thread-start message was:

"I'm wondering what warm-up exercises and how much of 'em (in reps, time, etc.) the forum's coaches and fencers would consider appropriate to, say, a two-hour evening class (meeting once or twice a week) for teen and adult fencers, intermediate level."

If you have wisdom to share, I'd love to read it! Please join the thread and keep the discussion going.

Yours with much appreciation-------
