How to go from 'Decent Fencer' to 'Coach' - Class Training Drills & Exercises

I know there are alot of different threads for this stuff, but I thought having it all in one place would be nice!

What I hope this thread will become, is an aid to fencers in general, not just 'professional' coaches, (but certainly them too!) learn how to teach younger fencers.

Therefore, I beseech thee, brethren, to pour forth your bountiful knowledge upon us.

Sincerely,
~Vince

What do you consider to be good Book's, DVD's, or other resources to help coaches take students from start to finish. (or as close as you can get to finish. )

Stretching - Routines, what your streching, and why.

Footwork classes/drills - Basic and Compound, and how to teach it.

Basic Actions - Simple Attacks and Parries, and how to teach them.

Compound Actions -

Distance - How to teach it.

Endurance Drills - For in-club and/or for students to do at home.
