Midwestern Fencing Championships question(Collegiate)

Heres my situation: I have 6 Women's foilists. 4 of them cannot attend MFC's, I wish to sub in someone who hasn't fenced foil this year but has fenced epee. Anyone know the relevant rules for this?

To the best of my knowledge they only prereqs are that they fence in individuals and that they have fenced two bouts in dual meets. Further questions therefore are: Must those bouts be in the same weapon? And: Must they fence individuals in the same weapon(I'm nearly certain this is a yes)?
