Can anyone shed some light on the differences between the materials used in these jackets? Is the PBT jacket really lighter than the Olympia? What about comfort?

I couldn't comment on weight or comfort as I don't wear PBT, but one of my kits is Uhlmann 'Olympia' and I personally think it's ace.

The PBT fabric is also a more yellowish white than Allstar/Uhlmann. (Well, unless they've changed fabric in kits manufactured 2006.)

Olympia stretches and is a little heavier, PBT doesn't stretch and is a little lighter. I have the PBT and it is really comfortable. If you really want a super light weight FIE uniform, Cartel makes the lightest uniform out there.

PBT's superlight is noticeably lighter than the Olympia, although if you look at Leon Paul's new uniform you can get BOTH lightness and whiteness.

I really like the design of the LP Sydney, but LP's sizing doesn't fit my shape. I'm going with Allstar because they have TALL sizing that fits me.
