Where is Adidas?

Does anyone know the faces/hardworking people who make Adidas fencing gear come from?

Because they seemed to know what they were doing for the Asymmetrics and then all of sudden the Adistar came out and....well, many of said (and I agree) that the predecessor was better.

I'm thinking about getting a petition from fencing.net going around and asking Adidas to bring back a bigger and better Asymmetrics line, and maybe an affordable uniform? I dream big, buy without dreams, life is a broken winged bird that cannot fly.

Well, they are a German company..

Anyway, IIRC, an inevitable problem with the Asyms was that they were simply too difficult for retailers to stock. It's too many variations of the same product- all the normal sizes and half-sizes, plus left and right-handed versions. Inventory takes up space. Space costs money. Things that cost money erode margins. Eroding margins kill product lines.
