Format, D&U events

Building opens at 9 a.m. (as usual, bagels and coffee are on us).

Because of scheduling, fencers who compete in either mixed open event
may compete in a D&U event only if they are eliminated in the first
round.

D, E, and unrated fencers who are eliminated in the first round of
the open event may compete in the D&U event without paying an
additional entry fee.

Entry fee is $15. USFA membership is required. Fencers may join at
the tournament.

USFA uniform rules will be enforced. Sweatpants are not allowed.
Underarm plastrons are required. Socks must cover the legs completely.

Medals will be awarded to the top four fencers in each event.

Times listed are close of registration. Please be on time-no late
entries accepted.

Both tournaments will be held at the Columbia Jewish Center, 4540
Trenholm Road, Columbia.

From I-77, take exit 12--Forest Drive heading toward Columbia (away
from the fort). Turn left on Trenholm Road (traffic light). The JCC
is on your left several blocks down.
