Should indicate a deadline of Midnight (Rome, Italy time), January 28, 2007.

Extension of the Deadline for Submitting Your Photos
The deadline for the photo contest Clicks & Touches - Scatti e Stoccate is extended to February 1, 2007, 23:59 Rome time [GMT + 01]. Registrations and photo submissions past this revised deadline will not be accepted.
The reason for this extension is that unfortunately for the past 24 hours our web site has been the victim of a hacker attack. We are doing our best to restore the operation, but some features are not yet accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Yah, I just now received an email from info@schermaonline.com which said bad things about Armenians and something else in a language I don't understand. I assume they're still having hacker issues.
The solution to your problem is to fence another weapon.
