if people don't communicate then there's a problem. non communication results in conflicts. the uncontrollable way in which some people express themselves is a direct result of problems. people who cannot communicate suffer emotional instability. i have no desire to participate in a venue that offers that sort of behavior. interestingly, i have discovered that over the years over 100 students have relocated to continue their fencing due to the sorts of things that happen here. To arrived at class for example and seeing only one or two people milling around in the salle, ask 'where is everyone' is not idle socializing. to discover that several people have left the sport, moved to canada, or wisconsin to rediscover their sport, only means that they find it difficult to continue with their current teacher. it's not that they are over demanding in the expectations it's their attitude. i hope this reponse isn't too long for you to read.
