I'm going to be in Freiberg, Germany sometime in march, and possibly Rome, Italy also, and I was wondering if any of you knew of websites that would list tournaments, and also a list of clubs in the area.
The German Fencing Fed. website is not very easily navigated. If you know which Freiberg you'll be in it'll be easier to find the correct Landesfachverbände.
I'm guessing you'll be in Freiberg near Stuttgart, in which case you 're best to have a look at the Württembergischen Fechterbund to find a suitable club.
As for looking for competitions, you could have a look at the The Nahouw. It's a bit like a budget version of the american Ask FRED.
