A better way to search?

There's a better way to search the forums for those of use who aren't search-fu masters or hate to scroll through pages of results. Google has a feature where you can search a specific site, so you type in the following:

site:fencing.net my yellow card question

The best part is that you'll sometimes get the articles that Craig has up too if they happen to match your search.

can this be a sticky? Please? I mean, I know this exists, but I won't remember it (I only rarely use the search function) and in order to find it, i would have to search for it.

After the XMas rush I'm going to implement some new site wide search tools that will do a couple of things:
1) Integrate search across forums and articles so that good relevant content can be found

2) Use the search term reports to figure out what information people are looking for that isn't provided here and use that to get some better information researched, written and posted.

The top 10 or so questions or topics are pretty obvious to anyone who has been here for long, so the first content task is to write those things up and have a better/more obvious guide to point people to those answers rather than having to use the vbulletin search system. (VB is a great forum system, but we need a dedicated search program. I'm not in love with Google's as it's not very flexible for the needs of a site owner.)

Craig
