Fencing in the Caribbeans?

I'm housesitting for a month on St. Thomas, wondering if anyone around here knows if there is a spot to fence anywhere near there. I can't find anything listed on the USFA website, and Google just comes up with stuff from the Uni. of St. Thomas (which is in Texas).

Oh, hah, never would have thought to check the FIE website. Thanks for the info... and yeah, that is weird that the USFA and FIE have it seperate from the rest of the USA.

See Peter's post in the "World Tour" thread for more on this; a lot of non-states even compete in the Olympics.

I can help!

There is a club on St. Thomas with a handful of regulars and a handful of newbies at any given time. The coach fenced foil and sabre competitively, but I believe they fence mostly epee. I'm sure they'd love to fence with you!

This past summer my family went to St. Thomas. Being the fencing nerd I am, my idea of a perfect vacation included fencing some new people. So after using all of my Google-ing skills, I managed to track down an e-mail address from an old newspaper article. I'll pm that to you.
