About 50 years ago I spent a total of about 12 months in the Mediterranean courtesy of Uncle Sam's Navy. I have always said the two places I would pay to go back to were Majorca and Rhodes.
Details and where the event will be held will be announced after the FIE exec meeting(s). Because there are a number of changes and factors going on behind the scenes, including some countries making bids as well as withdrawing them, I can't give out any information -- nor would it necessarily be current.
As soon as I get more final information and it's made public, I will post a note here.
There is nothing final in FIE stuff until it happens. It is an ever changing group with different factions fighting amongst themselves.
Correct. If anyone want to try and find out what's up re Cadet/Junior World Championships email or call the FIE as per the FIE website. It would be most interesting if the FIE even answers.
