Name on Jackets

What is the USFA required dimensions and location for name on the back of Jackets?

I'm Epee if that matters.

I was looking through the rule book and could not find it, it would be greatly appreciated.

Nevertheless, on condition that the fencers precisely observe the
regulations relating to electrical material and the equipment of fencers, they
must display their name and their nationality, in dark blue capital letters, on
the back of their jacket. The letters must be between 10 cm, maximum, and
8 cm, minimum, high. The width of the letters will vary according to the
length of the name.
The USFA also allows the name on the leg

It's my understanding, in speaking with some of the FOC's, that the US will shift from this position and require the name on the jacket, reserving the leg for national colours.

As with most rumoured rules changes, there is no timescale for this change on the table that I am aware of -- it will likely take Board action to implement ...
