This past wekeend at the NAC I was speaking with a parent of a fencer from Nellya and asked how Stas' mother was doing and she told me that his parents were hoping people had video of Stas fencing. If anyone has video of him fencing, and you don't mind taking a few minutes to copy, send a copy to them them either at home or the Nellya Club, their home address is on the Nellya website.
If you live in the southeast and have video of sabre fencing from any of the Nellya events or sections or divisionals it's likely you have some. If you live elsewhere in the country and have gone to many cadet/junior NACs and have sabre video you may have some as well.
Hopefully anyone with video of him fencing will not mind forwarding copies to them as they would like to have this video to remember and honor their son. |
