Our club is looking for assistant coaches who can be available in early afternoon between the hours of 1 and 4 pm to teach group classes for young kids. There are various locations around the San Francisco Bay Area.

If you are a college student and need a part time job, or you have flexible schedule and would like to contribute to the development of fencing in the USA, this will work great for you. You do not have to be a top fencer. But you need to know the basics well. Training is also provided.

Main qualities we are looking for:

Passion for Fencing
Likes to work with kids
Can listen
Knows how to keep interest of a group of kids (previous experience working with a group of kids is a BIG plus)
Outgoing, Fun – knows many games revolving around fencing and physical activity – movement.
Dependable and Trustworthy person.
Punctual.
Prerequisites: Previous work with children teaching and sports background.
