It's time to 'think outside the box' 'roll up our sleeves' and 'pound the pavement'. 'It's a new paradigm' where we're going to have to inform the people before the unexpected outages.

Array I'm sorry, but all meeting requests must be placed on the agenda for the quarterly operations review meeting. Once on the agenda, the committee will determine if the meeting request is due a second hearing, at which point the request will be tabled until an independent commission can be formed.
Note: There may, or may not, be unscheduled downtime - actual times and dates to be determined in the future.
