"New Posts" problem?

Today when I try to see the new posts using the "New Posts" link, I get this message - "This forum requires that you wait 10 seconds between searches. Please try again in 22625 seconds."

Any explanations/ solutions? I'm baffled.

I just posted a reply to a thread and received this message: "Fatal error: Call to undefined function: fetch_moderator_newpost_emails() in /home/fencing/public_html/forums/includes/class_dm_threadpost.php on line 376"

Oddly enough, the post registered anyway.

By the way, I got a similar response when I originally tried to add the poll option. (Sorry, but I can't remember the exact error message.) The poll did NOT post.
