2005: Jr. World Champion, Sr. Team World Champion
2004: Jr. Team World Champion
2001: Cadet World Champion, Jr. World Champion, Jr. Team World Champion
2000: Sr. Team World Champion | Might as well edit to add 2004 Olympic Champion to your list. Fits the intent, if not the letter of what you're listing.
