| Fantasy Fencing Game: Hi-Lo with the G.C.s Here is a very easy game open to anyone.
On the USFA website, there is a Rolling Point Standings page for the 2001-2002 season for Senior Men's Foil.
Two guys, Gregory Chang and Gerald C. Cheng, are ranked eleventh and twelfth respectively and have been obtaining points for the past four Division I NACs. Currently, Gregory Chang has 1558.0 points and Gerald Cheng has 1,539.0 points. That's a difference of only 19 points.
The object of this game is to determine if Gerald Cheng will surpass Gregory Chang at the next Div I NAC (December 7 - 9, 2001) on the Rolling Points Standings.
Only inside information could help a contestant here. |

| Ok 355, the bug has bitten...
Not knowing either guy, nor having EVER even been to the USA, I assert with full authority that Gerald Cheng will pass Gregory Chan! |

| Arcon,
Maybe so but if we coulf get a couple of hundred people to put down a couple of bucks each on the result who knows, we may start the next big thing in online gaming...
And who knows it may even spread into the real world soon there will be bookies outside the salles, getting inside info laying Guyart to lose and offering odds-on on Sanzo to win...
It could kick our sport into professionalism and result in Fencers taking bribes, purposefully breaking their weapon at the perfect time for the bookies to make a killing on the spread etc etc
THEN they would televise fencing!!!
But would it be worth watching??? |
