    Jason-

How can this both be the FOC seminar AND 4 hours duration? My understanding is that it should take 7-8 hours.

The seminar is four hours, but it becomes a couple hours more with the written exam (which we're not doing that same day).

The time I quoted was based on my experience and is exclusive of testing time. Granted I haven't attended the seminar particularly recently (altough I expect to change that in the next two weeks (in Cap Div, the day before your event)).

Well, it seems that 4 is the minimum. It could be as long as 5. One hopes it's closer to 4.
