Well as Halloween is one week from my final high school exams I will be staying home and most likely studying. However I probably wouldn't have done anything special regardless, Halloween is not a day that's particular important here or in my mind.

Halloween is my favorite holiday, and always has been. I often dressed as a vampire (or sometimes a gypsy), even to the office. One year, I didn't have time to get dressed up before work, and sitting in traffic in a cape and fangs was rather uncomfortable, so I went in with just two dots of blood dripping from my neck from the bite. Then during the day I got progressively vamped-out. Caution: rolling office chairs are easily caught in flowing capes!

Now it's a bit less extreme - I have to take the kiddies trick-or-treating, but I still dress up. Now it's grabbing some SCA garb from the back of my closet. The only thing that's screwing it up is that my youngest now insists on wearing more Renaissance-y garb when the other and I are still in drop-sleeves. We don't match anymore! What are ya gonna do?

Yes i do test it on myself. A little on the fingertips. If it doesn't get me scratching, I'll dump that packet and grab a new one and test it again.
