Array The Day the Earth Stood Still
Don't remember the character names, however. It was spoken by two of them--the alien telling the woman what to say, and the woman repeating it to Gort the robot.
I was unaware that it was used in any other film. Nothing is more frightening than ignorance in action. -

I'm bored so I'll bite...
From The Day the Earth Stood Still:
Helen has already been told to use the words "Klaatu Barada Nikto" to prevent Gort - Klaatu's tall silvery robot sidekick, a *faultless policeman of the universe* (holy spirit, angelic being) - from destroying *everything*.
Also:
In the movie *Army of Darkness* (Evil Dead III), '"Klaatu Barada Nikto" is the shibboleth needed to negate the demonic forces of evil, or something'. Lead actor Bruce Campbell (Ash) can't quite remember it; "Klaatu Barada. . . necktie!"
Good quote.
