    Favorite Fencing Tshirt?

This is just what I am wondering about tonight...

Anyone have the favorite fencing tshirt and a good story as to why its the fave? Just curious about this. Just ordered BlueGauntlets Descartes tshirt "I fence therefore I am" and it sparked this thread.....

I haven't seen any. Also I just thought I would put a post on here. I hate the look of an empty post.

I've got a tshirt from the 96 Olympics signed by most of the members of the US team, including Peter Westbrook, and fencers from several other countries. It's pretty cool.

Favourite fencing shirt... let me think...I have 3.
    1. My intervarsity 1999 shirt which has a sword through the chest with lots of blood and "I survived Sydney IV 99" on it.

    2. Or the Black one with a mask and swords in white on the back from Nationals last year..

    3. Or the Melbourne comp tshirt from this year which has all different types of sword play as a frieze around it with fencers in the middle.
Theses are evil....VERY evil, someone rescue me pls!

Stryder, that is one of my favorites! I bought it last year. I also like my club long sleeve in black, with the word "fencing" down the arm.

Yeah Doug.. that black long-sleeve looks slick... but since you ran out, I had to get the regular black one... but it's still cool... as a matter of fact, I am wearing it to work today...

My favorite shirt is rather simple, from the 2001 Montreal Men's Epee WC. The reason I like it is that it embodies two of life's greatest pleasures, fencing and beer . Other than that, it's also not white! (I'm so sick of white shirts.)

    Hiland Doug,
If you can get hold of one, could you sort me out one of those long-sleeved ones?

    A million cheers.

    Steve.

I'll try to get more of the long sleeved T's done in the comming weeks. It'll be a cash outlay, since I just blew the club wad on our dinner on July 14th. There is a minimum order, but I'm not sure how much.

What size would you need, Steve?

I have two. One is very simple. It states:

    Fencing
    Is
    Life

    That's it.

My other fave, though not a "fencing" shirt (I wore it to all my competitions) is my Buffy the Vampire Slayer t-shirt. On the back it says, "In every generation, there is only one slayer." They called me The Slayer for a long time. Drove one girl crazy. I had such a mental edge on her!

My favorite? Voulez vous touche avec moi?
Done in beutiful black script with a french foil passing through.
I bought it at my first tourny. I love fencing, I love french. Need I say more?

Dame. Isn't that a pun on Voulez vous couchet avec moi?

It's a good quote. very clever.

surely that's "ce soir", "this evening", as opposed to "c'est soir", which would be "this is evening". Although I could be being a little pedantic.

Am noticing my name from pastures old doesn't really fit in here. Thinking about changing it to Nebula Purpura, as dreamed up by a friend of mine.

Oh bother - completely off topic.

Ummm... fave t-shirt? No fencing shirts yet, have my eye on the county fencing sweatshirt - it's my fave colour and has the fox's head symbol of our county on the back.

Going to have a go at designing some of my own t-shirts though.

    Nebula Purpura? Purple star?
Sorry. I'm out of touch with my foreign languages, although I may have a slightly better grasp of English than the fencing sucks girls.
