| George Hamilton for Zorro, the Gay Blade.
That movie is seriously funny.

| The poll is, well, you know...
There is no option for Alain Delon. And he rocked my world as a young thing.

I liked the Gay Blade, too.

| My vote for Gay Blade too. Can't beat:
- You recognize that famous sign?
- Si senor, its a "2".
- But in the school, that is how they teach my granddaughter to write a "2" |

| Predictably, my favorite line was the one ending in the awful pun about "wombmates".

| Another for Hamilton. I was always partial to this quote.
Esteban: A little clumsy, are you not, my friend?
Zorro: To be your friend I would have to be more than clumsy. I would have to be stupid.

This is actually my favorite Zorro movie as well. The long, climactic duel in the church at the end is one of the best---ever tried fencing on a beam, the way Delon and Stanley Baker did on the belfry rafter?
Also, Ottavia Piccolo in her youth was a dead ringer for a girl with whom I went to high school and after whom I lusted mightily...

That was the first Zorro movie I saw and I still rate it higher than the other versions. Delon is a great actor and the church duel in the finale is really something.

I remember seeing that movie when I was a kid, but I really dont remember anything about it other than that. Maybe I should try to see it again sometime.

. | I would like to see it again, the problem is you can't; at least not the full length version. The longest available now is about 100 minutes, even if on the box it list the original time. I miss the development of the characters, especially tying in the 2 boys.

| Yes, it's been "edited" for the worse.
If they wanted to get rid of something, maybe that song...?

| Zorro I believe that Douglas Fairbanks is the greatest until Adolfo Shabba Doo Quinones, the star of Breakin 1 and 2 takes his stand.
