| Aww, I thought maybe you guys have some cool ideas that we can steal for our upcoming activities fair on... 9/24
Last year our activities fair was outdoor on the grass field. It was a sunny day and 90F. That didn't go so well... We did have demonstration and stuff but everybody hated fencing on grass. We also let people try fencing, but it was so hot that day I think it drove a lot of people away

| I remember the first fencing demo I did. It was on wet brick. I slipped during a fleche and ended up flat on my back looking up the side of the building. There was a very cute girl looking down from the third floor.

| Sounds like a scene from a romantic movie... It was raining... the guy slipped... fall on his back... only to look up and see a very pretty girl looking down at him....

| It was in front of the R building, where it would've been most visible to passerby. We hadn't counted on the rain the day before. It wasn't entirely dried up by the time we set up, but it was the best we could do.

| Sabre fencers are so awesome they don't need a thread to call their own. They own all threads. |

| Hmm, foil and sabre share ROW, and foil and epee are both point-only weapons... what do epee and sabre have in common? |

| I appeal to everyone to rep G?F?, gtmac, sabreur (non-epeeist, so he gets bonus points), and Jeeb. Maybe Inq if you guys are feeling generous.
If you need to dump rep, I'm always on hand to accept your gifts in order that you can rep these people who clearly deserve it.
