| Foil is without question the best fencing weapon. This is a known fact throughout the world. However, we do have our standards. And hence, those who cannot rise up to the level worthy of foil may still live in the shadows and down amongst the muck of epee and saber. Those weapons are not too demanding, so for the wretched, they are adequate.
