| Somewhat Bigger Announcement Some of you already know of these news... that Nusy and I have a new, slightly bigger announcement....
On the rainy day of August 1st 2006 we got engaged, to be married in a longer term. We both know it might seem fast, but our meeting only
confirmed, and even surpassed, everything that was between us on the net.
As we announced our relationship, we thought to announce the engagement here as well, especially that on the unofficial fencing.net dinner at Szombathely we did so. And also, we would like to thank all of them:
Zilverzmurfen, anisa, delft, Daniella No. 1, sabreur, Dhanu and last but
not least Pauli for not revealing it yet, this way leaving us the joy of
this announcement.
Thank you everyone... especially for Craig otherwise we wouldn't know each other.
-Jared and Nusy

| Thank you all so much. Yes, the meeting in person went better than I had even dared hope. Straight from the start everything clicked. Anyways, thanks to all!

| Congrats! I'm happy for you both. Although this does seem rather fast, yea. Still, if you know what you're doing, the best of luck to you both.

| Hehe... fencing.net's first married couple (potentially).
Not many forums can say that two of their members actually married after meeting through the forum. |

Not many forums can say that two of their members actually married after meeting through the forum. | It actually happened on a videogaming forum I was a member of. It was also a long distance relationship at first, he was a canadian, and she lived in Georgia. Hm....

| I know several couples who met on forums and became married (it probably helps that Ars has some 30,000+ user accounts) |
