Sorry to clutter up the boards but I've been trying to d/l a copy of ARBITRE from the planche.de site. Sadly the site is undergoing maintenance so I can't sign up for a login. Anyone got an ID they wouldn't mind letting me use so I don't have to wait a couple months?
