Simple enough... Everyone answers the question of the person above. Question format goes:

Would you rather __________ or ___________ ?

I start... Would you rather be stranded on a desert island alone or with someone you hate?

Someone I hate. It would give me someone to yell at, as well as someone to cannibalize when food becomes scarce.


Would you rather be strapped to a chair forced to listen to opera for five hours, or locked in a room forced to listen to hip hop for three?

That's easy - opera. Of course, I like opera, and can't stand hip hop, so that makes it simple.

Would you rather:
A: beat your best friend to not finish DFL in a tournament
OR
B: lose to your worst enemy and take 2nd?

I think beat my best friend. (I know that sounds horrible, but I hate losing to people that I dislike.)

Would you rather get bit by a poisonous snake, or lose a finger?

I'll take the snake. There isn't an antidote shot yet for missing fingers.

Would you rather bungee jump with a fraying cord, or skydive with a moth-eaten parachute?

Ok, ok, I'll take the bungee cord - maybe it won't break until it has stretched to max, and I am at a relative stop...

I'll take the 70 hr week. At least I'll be able to enjoy it quicker.

Would you rather have tattoos or piercings all over your body?

The tattoos may be harder to hide, and therefore more of a disadvantage in certain situations (job interviews, etc.), but I just don't like piercings. I'll take the tattoos.

Would you rather be a bank robber or a con artist?

Would you rather run a 5K race or bike a 30K race?

Definitely bike. I do not run.

Would you rather win Nationals at age 12 or age 60?

60! winning a Vets championship would be much more fun to brag about around some adult bevs than winning the Y12 event... And you have to wait a few years to brag about the Y12.

Would you rather be a parent or a spouse of a champion fencer?

Age 12 you have your whole life ahead, so I would likely have a fantastic career.... on the other hand, I'm well past 12, so 60 would realistically be my only option. However the question was which I would prefer....

It would be age 12, my body would recover much, much faster.

Would you rather lose the use of one leg or one arm?

I'd rather be the spouse of a champion fencer ('cause he knows how to use his weapon ); I'd rather lose the use of a leg because it's mighty difficult to play piano with one hand.

Would you rather...have only one book to read for all eternity, or only one movie to watch for all eternity?

I was going to say one book, as I prefer to read, and watch very few movies. However, by picking this option would mean that it would limit the amount of books I could read but not movies.

So I choose 1 movie for eternity and many, many books.

Would you rather be a vegetarian or give up all breads and sweets?

I'll pick the cranky old lady since I can just ignore her. I don't have much patience with bratty kids... I might end up screaming at him or perhaps even spank him and I don't want to get in trouble for making him cry -__-''

Would you rather lose all your rep on f.net or lose $10?

$10, as you don't get much for it over here, and some of the comments associated with the repping are hilarious (though the two ladies who referred to me as "boy" are mistaken)


Would you rather go without your non-sword arm for a week, or fencing for a month?

The first option, as I don't have a non-sword arm. I fence with both hands (though not usually at the same time). If you're being picky, however, I'd choose to go without my right arm, as maybe it would get rid of the pain for a week!
