    Keystone State Games

I'm going to be in York next week so I thought I might check out the fencing at the games. However I can't find fencing listed on the venues. Does anybody know if they are having a Fencing Tournament this year? If so will it be at the fairgrounds again?

Thanks! Anybody going to be there Saturday? I'm afraid I have a Plane to catch on Sunday.

I'll see you there C,- I'll most likely be wearing a tie as well. Will you be working both days?

See y'all there! I'll be fencing the WFO on Sat and *maybe* the WEO on Sun if I feel like being on the receiving end of a smackdown, lol

I won't be there. I'm having surgery this week. So, this'll be the second year in a row that medical issues have kept me out. Sigh.

Who's handling recruiting/coordinating referees? Might have a couple of refs returning from Empire State Games (Rochester, NY) who'd be interested in swinging by Saturday night and work Sunday. What's the dress code? Is it a paying gig? What's the local custom regarding randomly walking in obsessive compulsive refs who offer their services because they just happen to be in the area? (i.e. passing by within 300 mi radius)

I've recently been challenged on how many state games one could ref at.... Since returning from Atlanta, I've done Bay State, Garden State, and I'm leaving tomorrow for Empire State which will be over Saturday.... I'll still be very active for the next couple of weeks of course (including a reffing gig in California), but they are not officially "state games"....

I should be looking into the possibility of serving at the Granite State as well as (if everything works out) Aloha State later on...
When you have three Romulan Warbirds blocking the escape route, Worf has an emotional breakdown about his childhood toy, Riker announces he's gay, Data's positronic brain gets a virus, and Geordi quits because he's had just one too many imminent warp core breach.... Just sit back, breathe, and follow these simple steps:

Mauler, I sent you a pm with contact info as I'm sure the tournament director is still in need of additional referees. Hope to see you there
