Junior and Cadet points standings? Does anyone have the updated Junior and Cadet points standings?
They were supposed to be posted by now, but I can't find them; just the pre-Summer Nationals lists. -

Array That's probably the page JMcC HAD been using -- it has a notation stating that junior/cadet points will be updated by the 18th (so they're all of, what, 3 hours overdue at this point?).

-B That is indeed one of the locations where I was looking.
1. Other standings were posted on the 12th; now a week ago.
2. It states that they would be posted BY the 18th, not ON the 18th; which makes them later than just 3 hours. -

Array Hot off the press... I just checked the International site and was rewarded with this breaking news:
"Junior/Cadet point standings after Nationals:
Ladies and Gentlemen - I apologize for the delay in posting these standings.
The 2007 Junior/Cadet World Championship Team Selection Criteria must be finalized
prior to calculating these points, as there will be changes in how they are calculated.
As soon as the Criteria are finalized, the new points will be posted.
I hope to have them up by Friday afternoon.
Again - I apologize for the delay."
So I guess we just have to wait until friday. -

As soon as the Criteria are finalized, the new points will be posted. Any idea what this "changes in how they are calculated" is all about? -

Array I suspect they'll be changing their calculation methods for point totals.
Actually, I think there are issues of how many Cadet/JR meets are designated, and how many will count.
There is also a change in the works where the Senior results from Vancouver, Vegas, other Senior WC events following the Cadet/JR World Champs, and the SR World Champs in October 2006 will likely count towards the Cadet/JR team status this year...so it may be taking a little longer to get the points template up and running.
