Fencing shoe insole

I dumped my old pair of Ni-ling fencing shoes because it was old and the insole was partly gone. I got the Dartagnan II not long ago, but the insole chipped away really fast. After a few months of use, there's basically no insole left near the big toe of my back foot, and both of my ankles.

So question: Where/how can I find insoles that will fit my fencing shoes? Are there any insoles that work really well or is very comfortable? The current insoles of the Dartagnan II don't seem to be easily removable - should I/can I put new insoles on top of the original one?

Thanks.

1. Unlace your shoe
2. Rip out that insole.
3. Go to your local pharmacy and get some insoles, they have em at walmart too.
4. Trace the old insole over the new one
5. Cut to shape.
6. Stick em in, lace em up.

actually, any insole for athletic shoes will do, just buy one you like. But I use heat moldable insoles from http://www.yoursole.com/ , they fit most comfortable.

I get a few of the cheap CVS ones, and cut and glue to customise exactly where I need the support.
