Aaron Clements our Section president sent out over 50 letters about our bylaws changes and received only a few of them back and they were mailed.
The day after Sectionals last year an e-mail was sent to all the officers that were handed down to the new Section officers. Only responses were from Carol and Andrea in Co, and Toby in NM.
One of the problems lies with the national office NOT sending or gviing contact information to anyone including the Section officers.

One of the biggest advances in communication for events is askfred. PLEASE use askfred to post your events so that EVERYONE can see what you are doing. Only three of our divisions are using ask fred a lot Evenryone please usse askfred and everyone please watch ask fred!
