Ouch... Is anyone else as sore as I am from training for Nationals? Ugh.

No. Howzabout I whoop whoop your butt for reminding me that while all the REAL fencers in my club will be off at Nationals, scrubs like ME will be sitting around the club in a cloud of misery, asking the practice dummy, "Hey, wanna fence?" because there WILL BE NO ONE LEFT?
Whew, I feel better.

It's ok, wall targets are good practice too.
