| Tour de France The 93rd Tour de France begins July 1st in Strasbourg (a really neat city, by the way). Any predictions on who will be on the podium in Paris on July 23rd? Ivan Basso? Jan Ullrich? Levi Leipheimer? George Hincapie? Floyd Landis? Someone else? To me, Ullrich is the sentimental favorite, but my money is on Basso.

| Ullrich has spent his time in second, is leaner and meaner than he's ever been, and deserves it. But Basso was pretty impressive in the past and has a strong team.
So, I'll follow my heart and go with Ullrich for the last gasp of the old school...then he can retire...

It'll probably be Alexandre Vinokourov to win, but is the race even worth watching now?

| Yeah, I take back my predicitions. I don't know who the winner will be anymore, but I'm pretty sure about who the losers are...
Sad...

| Another prognostication: And I'll make it simple: Floyd Landis is the future of professional cycling. He'll win the Tour this year.
